Opening Wine without a Corkscrew

I've done this--it's a great way to get into the bottle. And as you can see, even when you've already been drinking heavily, you can do it. It would be better to do this with a filtered or otherwise sediment free wine....

    much better option than the old “pen or screwdriver to push the cork in” method. that used to be my default, now i try to keep a corkscrew around at all times. glovebox, luggage, purse, etc
